Nope, OMG is only available online! But we do ship Australia wide.

I’ve changed my mind, can I get a refund ?
OMG does not offer a full refund if you made a wrong selection or simply changed your mind. Please contact us at hello@omgiwouldlike.com.au so we can discuss the options available to you - we are here to help.
What payment types do you accept ?
OMG offers a great variety of payment methods. We accept Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard,) PayPal, Afterpay, and Direct Deposit.
What if I am not home when my delivery arrives ?
Re-delivery fees can be expensive, so we encourage you to think about where you are choosing to have your item delivered. We can deliver the item to your work, home or even a neighbours address - but wherever it is, it’s easiest if someone is there to receive the delivery.
If for any reason the courier is not able to successfully deliver or leave your parcel in a secure place, they should leave a card with instructions on how and where to pick-up your delivery. It's free for you to collect the item from your post office or local courier depot. If however your package requires re-delivery, OMG will invoice you a re-delivery fee. Once paid, your package will be approved for re-delivery by the courier.
Can I pick up my order ?
Of course! All of our products can be collected from our premises on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland.
If you wish to collect your order, please select FREE LOCAL PICKUP at checkout, and we will contact you once your order is ready for collection.
Please keep in mind that we can’t hold onto your order forever and have a 7 day free holding policy for you to come and collect your item (the 7 days starts from when we let you know your order is ready to pick up). Once the 7 days are exceeded, you will incur a $5.00 daily holding fee that is invoiced weekly. Your item will not be available for collection with an outstanding balance.
What are pre-orders ?
Sometimes a product is so popular that it sells out really quickly or we only hold limited stock on hand - this is where a pre-order comes in!
This means that you can order products that are in stock, along with other items that you wish to purchase but are currently aren’t available. Chances are you won’t have to wait too long because we’ve already got another order in with our supplier, it's currently being hand-crafted and it’ll be on its way to us shortly.
If we do not have one of your pre-order items already on its way, we will place a special order for it at no extra cost to you and provide you with an estimated time of arrival ASAP.
Pre-ordering a product guarantees that your item has been reserved and will be dispatched to you on first availability.
And don’t worry if you have ordered items that are currently in stock with your pre-order item, we can split the order and get your goodies to you in no time.
Does my light shade come with fittings and a light bulb?
All light shades from OMG are light shades only and do not come with any electrical components. Some light shades have an internal bracket to hold a light bulb and others don't - this will be specified in the product description.
Does my cushion come with an insert ?
All cushions from OMG come complete with inserts, unless otherwise stated in the product description.
Why don’t my items look identical?
All the products we stock are handmade which adds to the beauty and character of each piece. This also means no two items will look identical - and we love it that way.

How much does shipping cost?
OMG we have live rates! This means that we always have access to the most up to date shipping rates from our couriers which we can pass directly onto you. How great is that?
Shipping costs are calculated and charged based on the packaged size, total weight and destination of the order.

Why does the item I want to purchase not have shipping to my address?
All couriers have a set of size and weight restrictions that packages must fit within and some of our products exceed those restrictions! However - all these larger items are available for FREE LOCAL PICKUP or you can arrange your own transport arrangements.
Can I organise my own Courier Service ?
If you wish to organise your own Courier Service to collect your purchases, you are absolutely more than welcome to - select FREE LOCAL PICKUP at checkout.
We will contact you via email once your order is ready for dispatch so you can make arrangements for pickup.
